1948 Fiat derivata Stanguellini 750 Siata

It has participated in the Mille Miglia four times, in 1949, 1950, 1951, 1952. Ex works. It raced in Italy between 1949 and 1954 with a "siluro" body, then rebodied in the form of an elegant spider.

A Sport "Barchetta" that was bodied by Rocco Motto, modified by Stanguellini and ran the 1948 Mille Miglia with entry no. 395 and the team Pedretti-Alessio.

1948 Siata Fenocchio 750 Spider Corsa

A one-off. Built in 1948 in the garage of the motorcycle racer Fenocchio in Brescia. Siata 750 engine on a Fiat Chassis, covered with a streamlined barchetta shape. It raced the 1948, 1949 and 1955 Mille Miglia.

1948 Ferrari 166 Sport

Ferrari prototype exhibited at 1948 Turin Salon; it won the 1st Coppa Intereuropa in 1949. It is believed to be the first 2+2 and the oldest “road-going” Ferrari.

A “family business”: the car has always been property of the same family. The car took part in the 1948, 1949 and 1953 Mille Miglia. The same car won the 1988 reenactment of the Mille Miglia.

A rare 1100 S by Carrozzerie Speciali Fiat, still bearing the original Brescia plates from 1948, which took part to many Mille Miglia re-enactments in recent years.

1948 Gilco Fiat 1100 Sport Stanguellini

One-off built by Fratelli Mariani on a Gilco chassis with a reworked Fiat Stanguellini engine for Elio Checcacci. Participated in the 1949 Mille Miglia, Targa Florio; was 2nd in class and 4th overall in the 1st Coppa della Toscana.

1948 Cisitalia 202 Gran Sport

A car with a racing and V.I.P. history, it raced the 1949 Mille Miglia, driven by Nino Beninati ranking 109th overall. In 1949 it was purchased by Carlo Ponti.

1948 Cisitalia 202 Corsa

It is one of three special “Corsa” coupes prepared for the Mille Miglia and Targa Florio races in 1948. Different from the later production cars in many ways.

It is the only uprated by Antonio Fontebasso and ran the Coppa d'Oro delle Dolomiti in 1949.

Cisitalia 202 Gran Sport: defined as “a rolling sculpture” and was exposed at the Museum of Modern Art in New York (MoMA).  This example was recovered in Argentina.

The Birth of the Aston Martin DB Line and the first DB2 pre-production prototype built for David Brown. It raced Coppa Inter-Europa and Targa Florio in 1950.
