Privacy Notice

INFORMATION PURSUANT TO ARTICLES 13-14 OF GDPR 2016/679 (GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION)

In line with the code for the protection of privacy indicated above, data processing will be undertaken based on the principles of correctness, lawfulness & transparency whilst insuring the protection of your privacy and rights.
Pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 and in relation to the information which comes into our possession, for the purposes of the protection of persons and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data, we inform you as follows:


1. Data Controller

The data controller is AUTOMOTIVE MASTERPIECES S.r.l. based in Genoa (Ge), Via Rivoli 5/2, VAT number 02255510998, e-mail: info@automotivemasterpieces.com.


2. Purpose of the processing

Collection of personal information of the interested party in order to create their user profile. These include personal data, contact details (address, fixed or mobile telephone number, e-mail etc.), type of collections carried out.


3. Processing methods

The aforementioned data will be compared with the same data from other users and with data deriving from other sources using electronic tools and software programs designed to reach the goals described above.


4. Optional or mandatory nature of the data

The data acquired, subject to the aforementioned data processing, is divided into two main categories:
  • optional data, without which it will be possible to access our service (be it the provision of a service or the production of goods);
  • mandatory data, the absence of which prevents us from providing our service.
The category to which the data belongs is indicated in the data collection form.
In the absence of such notification, the data is to be considered optional.


5. Recipients

Your data may be made known to our internal administrative staff and to some of our external collaborators, the list of whom is available at our office, and may also be communicated to our service providers, companies or entities appointed by us as responsible for data analysis, the list is available at our office.


6. Data Retention

All personal data provided will be processed in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, correctness, relevance and proportionality, using only the methods, including computer and data analysis tools, strictly necessary to achieve the goals described above.
In any case, personal data will be kept for a period of time not exceeding that strictly necessary to achieve the goals indicated. Personal data which is not needed for the purposes indicated will be deleted or transformed into an anonymous form. It should be noted that the information systems used to manage the information collected are configured, from their initial conception, so as to minimize the storage of such data.


7. Rights of the interested party
  1. The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or in-existence of personal data concerning them, even if not yet recorded, and a copy thereof in an intelligible form.
  2. The interested party has the right to obtain the indication of:
    1. the origin of the personal data;
    2. the purposes and methods of the processing;
    3. the logic applied in case of treatment carried out with the aid of electronic means;
    4. the identity of the owner, manager and the representative appointed under article 5, paragraph 2;
    5. the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or those who may come to know of the data in their role as appointed representative, managers or agents of the state.
  3. The interested party has the right to obtain:
    1. updating, rectification or, when they have an interest, the integration of additional data;
    2. the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data which is not needed for the purposes for which the data was collected or subsequently processed;
    3. the attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data has been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which this fulfillment proves impossible or involves the use of means which are manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
  4. The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:
    1. for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning themselves, even if pertinent to the purpose of the data collection;
    2. to the processing of personal data concerning themselves for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or marketing.
