Chassis 205-101 was the first car produced by Abarth & C. In 1949 acquired six (6) Cisitalia 204 S which were all tubular chassis cars. These cars were used as Scuderia Carlo Abarth cars but were not produced by Abarth & C. firm. In 1950 this car was built based on a steel box chassis of Abarth design. Three example were bult and all survive
