He was an Italian entrepreneur.
Gaetano Ponzoni in 1926 purchased the controlling interest in the Milan-based coachbuilder, Carrozzeria Falco, together Felice Bianchi Anderloni from Carrozeria Falco's founder, Vittorio Ascari. The new owners changed the name of the firm to Carrozzeria Touring. Gaetano Ponzoni assumed responsibility for administration while Bianchi Anderloni assumed styling and engineering duties of the firms business activities.
