#CataniaEtna

The Catania-Etna (from 1969 to 1972 Corsa dell'Etna) was an uphill time trial, which took place annually running from Catania to the slopes of Mount Etna. It was valid for the Cronosprint Trophy. It was organized by the Automobile Club Italiano of Catania. The race was renowned for its dramatic landscape, with participants navigating sharp turns and altitude changes against the backdrop of Europe’s highest active volcano.
