Lorenzo Ramaciotti (Modena, 1948) is an Italian automotive designer and engineer. He joined Pininfarina in 1973, where he developed a long and influential career spanning over three decades. After serving as Deputy Director of Pininfarina Studi e Ricerche, he became General Manager and Chief Designer, later assuming the role of CEO of Pininfarina’s Research and Development Division. Ramaciotti supervised the design of numerous production and concept cars for Ferrari, Maserati, and other major manufacturers, contributing to models such as the Ferrari 456 GT, 550 Maranello, Enzo Ferrari, and Maserati Quattroporte. His work is characterized by the synthesis of technological innovation and classic Italian design balance, bridging the traditions of Pininfarina with contemporary automotive engineering.
