Stanley H. “Wacky” Arnolt was a Chicago industrialist, entrepreneur and automobile importer who, between 1953 and 1968, conceived and marketed in the United States a distinctive series of Anglo-Italian cars combining British chassis and mechanical components with bodies designed and built by Carrozzeria Bertone. These collaborations involved MG, Aston Martin, Bentley and Bristol, and helped establish Arnolt as one of the most original independent figures in the post-war American sports-car market.
