Diego Ottina was an Italian automotive designer and modeller active at Pininfarina during the 1970s and 1980s. He contributed to the development and surface refinement of several Ferrari projects, working closely with Leonardo Fioravanti’s design team. Ottina played a key role in translating conceptual designs into full-scale prototypes, ensuring accuracy in proportions, body surfacing and aerodynamic coherence. His work was part of the technical and creative process that led to models such as the 512 BBi, Mondial, and Testarossa, bridging design vision and production feasibility within Pininfarina’s studio in Cambiano.
