Bacchelli & Villa is an Italian restoration and coachwork specialist based in Bastiglia, near Modena, and one of the most respected names in the restoration of classic Ferrari, Maserati and Lamborghini automobiles. Founded in 1972 by Franco Bacchelli and Roberto Villa, the company grew out of the Motor Valley tradition of hand-formed bodywork, aluminium craftsmanship and specialist repair work for Italian GT and competition cars. Over the decades, Bacchelli & Villa has become especially associated with the restoration of important Ferrari chassis, combining traditional coachbuilding skills with modern restoration methods. Its work has included some of the most significant post-war Ferraris and has often been connected with concours-level restorations and Ferrari Classiche-related projects. The company remains a reference point for the preservation, reconstruction and restoration of historic Italian sports cars, especially where bodywork authenticity and traditional craftsmanship are central to the car’s identity.
