Born in Giaveno (Turin) in 1886. Entered Fiat in 1905 as an electrotechnical engineer, heads the Fiat Prove Engine Department and subsequently also the Aircraft Test Room. He then headed to the department testing cars and wagons, so he is responsible for the Testing sector at Lingotto. In 1928 he became director of the Experiences department. He died in Giaveno in 1938.
