Notes Chassis  Original two-door Subaru Impreza WRX GC8 chassis, re-engineered by Prodrive as part of the limited-production P25 programme. In P25 specification, combines the original Impreza WRX steel monocoque with reduced weight and revised chassis dynamics.

Notes Brakes  AP Racing braking system with floating bells and multiple pad options. Front brakes use 380 mm vented discs with six-piston callipers; rear brakes use 350 mm vented discs with four-piston callipers.

Notes Suspension  Machined aluminium uprights adjustable for toe, camber and geometry. The suspension was developed for the wider P25 body and optimised for tarmac handling, with changeable springs and anti-roll bars.

The chassis identification plate records engine type 36A-032103-00, while the engine plate identifies the engine as model 36A, engine number 019, hand-built at Prodrive, Banbury, England, by Tony Fenton. The engine is based on Subaru’s EJ25 2.5-litre horizontally opposed four-cylinder boxer block, re-engineered by Prodrive with bespoke internal components, variable cam timing, Garrett performance road turbocharger, high-performance intercooler and Akrapovič titanium and stainless-steel exhaust system.

Notes body  Original two-door Subaru Impreza WRX GC8 body structure re-engineered by Prodrive for the P25 programme. The P25 body retained the late-1990s two-door Impreza silhouette, restyled by Peter Stevens, who had styled the original 1997 Impreza WRC. In P25 specification, the car received extensive carbon-composite body panels, including bonnet, boot, roof, sills, door mirrors, front and rear quarters, WRC-style rear wing and bumpers.
