Notes Chassis  Lancia Beta Montecarlo's chassis heavily modified. It featured a hybrid structure, with a Montecarlo-derived central monocoque and tubular steel subframes at the front and rear. The rear section was completely redesigned to accommodate the engine in a longitudinal layout instead of transverse. Steel made. Dallara crucial in structural optimization, ensuring high rigidity and low weight.
