#delahaye
Founded in 1894 by Émile Delahaye in Tours, France, Delahaye became one of the most prestigious French automotive marques of the interwar period. Initially focused on utility vehicles and touring cars, the company underwent a strategic transformation in the early 1930s, turning toward performance, elegance, and motorsport. Under the leadership of Charles Weiffenbach and with technical innovation led by Jean François, Delahaye produced a series of celebrated models—most notably the Type 135, 135 M, and 135 S. These vehicles combined advanced mechanical engineering with coachbuilt elegance and racing pedigree, achieving success at Le Mans, Spa, and Monte Carlo. The brand remained active until 1954 and is today revered for its unique blend of French design, craftsmanship, and competition heritage.
We'll tell the story of this marque on the occasion of its anniversary or when it will reach a sufficient number of cars.
