Steve Lansing was an American sports-car driver active mainly in SCCA competition during the 1950s. He raced a variety of small-displacement sports cars, including MG, Crosley, D.B., Kieft, Austin-Healey and Lotus machinery, and made several appearances at the 12 Hours of Sebring. In 1952 he finished second at the Vero Beach Six Hours in a Jaguar XK120 shared with George Rand and seventh overall at Sebring in a D.B. In 1953 he was entered alongside George Moffett in the O.S.C.A. MT4, no. 54, for the 12 Hours of Sebring, although the car did not start. He returned to Sebring in 1954 with a Kieft and in 1955 with an Austin-Healey 100S, finishing 16th overall in the latter. His recorded competition activity continued at least until 1957, when he raced a Lotus Eleven at Bridgehampton.
