Scott Baxter was an American amateur racing driver active in California during the 1950s. He was the first known owner and competition driver of Arnolt-Bristol Bolide 404/X/3008, which he raced extensively during the 1956 season, generally carrying race number 48. Baxter achieved E Production class victories at Stockton and Santa Rosa and, on 1 July 1956, drove the Arnolt-Bristol to an outright victory at Buchanan Field. He also entered the car at Pebble Beach and Sacramento before selling it later that year to Don Hulette.
