#PietroCorradini

Italian mechanic, born in Formigine, active first in Giotto Bizzarrini’s orbit in the 1960s and then at Ferrari from 2 February 1970. He worked for decades in Maranello across Formula 1, Sport Prototypes and later production/experimental departments. Sources credit him with work alongside drivers including Jacky Ickx, Clay Regazzoni, Niki Lauda, Gilles Villeneuve, Jody Scheckter, René Arnoux, Patrick Tambay and Gerhard Berger. His Formula 1 activity is generally said to have ended in 1988; later accounts also place him in Ferrari’s road-car side, including the F40, F50 and 550 programme. He died in February 2024.

We'll publish a biography on him on the occasion of his anniversary or when it will be reached a sufficient number of cars.
