Piero Ferrari, also known by the surnames Lardi and Lardi Ferrari (Castelvetro di Modena, 22 May 1945), is an Italian entrepreneur, company manager and sports manager, born from the extramarital relationship between Enzo Ferrari and Lina Lardi. Piero joined his father's company and on 13 September 1969 he was elected to the Ferrari board of directors. In 1980 he was appointed Executive Director of Sports Management. On the death of Enzo Ferrari he was named his universal heir. Thus Piero takes over the family assets, 10% of the Ferrari share package and ownership of the Fiorano circuit.
