Midget races in Argentina are held seasonally, configuring Winter and Summer Championships, running eight (four as of 2017) and eighteen dates respectively. The "Midget" is a category originating in the USA that arrived in Argentina in the 1930s at the hands of a group of North American pilots who arrived in the country together with their competition machines to present themselves in the Federal Capital. Those presentations dazzled Argentine pilots who began the construction of midgets in the country.

We'll tell the story of Midget events on the occasion of their anniversary or when they will reach a sufficient number of cars.
