Max Sailer (Esslingen am Neckar, December 20, 1882 - Esslingen am Neckar, February 5, 1964) was a German racing driver and engineer who from November 1934 became technical director at Mercedes-Benz replacing the deceased Hans Nibel until the end of 1941. replaced in turn by Fritz Nallinger.
