#MartiniRacingTeam

Martini Racing is the name under which Martini & Rossi, the famous Italian vermouth producer, has sponsored various motorsport teams since 1968. The brand made its racing debut at the Hockenheimring, where the Martini logo appeared on a Porsche 907 entered by the German team BG Racing. The Martini Racing livery, featuring distinctive red and blue stripes on a white or silver background, has become one of the most iconic in motorsport history. Over the years, Martini Racing has been involved in multiple disciplines. In endurance racing, it collaborated with Porsche from 1971 to 1980, securing victories at the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1971 with the Porsche 917K and in 1976 and 1977 with the Porsche 936. In rallying, its partnership with Lancia from 1981 to 1992 led to seven manufacturers' titles and four drivers' titles in the World Rally Championship (WRC), with dominant cars such as the Lancia 037, Delta S4, and Delta Integrale. In Formula 1, Martini Racing first appeared in 1972 with Tecno, followed by sponsorships of Brabham (1975-1977) and Lotus (1979), before making a return with Williams from 2014 to 2018. Beyond these major categories, Martini Racing has also been involved in powerboat racing and even sponsored an aerobatic display team in the 1980s, further showcasing its broad commitment to motorsport.
