Gentleman driver and entrepreneur, founder of YOMO, Milano in 1947, after creating the first homogeneous coagulated yogurt in Italy, with a creamier and velvety consistency. He was responsible, we can say, of the spread of yogurt in Italian habits. In the following years, Yomo introduced innovations that changed and modernized the consumption of yogurt, such as low-fat yogurt.
