Labron Plastic was the Livorno-based company responsible for producing the fiberglass bodywork of the Bizzarrini 1900 GT Europa. Its contribution was significant, since the body was not conceived simply as a low-cost solution, but as part of a more refined constructional approach, using special resins and helping to keep weight down. In the context of small-series Italian sports-car production in the 1960s, companies such as Labron Plastic played an essential role in supplying specialist composite workmanship for technically ambitious low-volume cars.
