Hugo Ferdinand Boss (Metzingen, 8 July 1885 - Metzingen, 9 August 1948) was a German fashion designer, founder of the Hugo Boss brand and active member of the Nazi party as early as 1931 remaining faithful to his ideology for the entire existence of the party.
HUGO BOSS AG is a German fashion house headquartered in Metzingen, Germany, named after its founder Hugo Ferdinand Boss. The company specializes in the production of clothes and shoes, and also covers various branches of fashion, both for men and women, with clothes, accessories and fragrances (these created by Procter & Gamble) which it distributes through over 5,700 single-brand and multi-brand stores scattered throughout the world.
