#GianniChizzola
Italian engineer active within Autodelta’s technical structure, Gianni Chizzola worked on chassis development and refinement during the peak years of Alfa Romeo’s involvement in endurance racing. His expertise focused on lightweight tubular frames and suspension geometries, supporting the evolution of prototypes from the smaller-displacement 33/2 and 33/3 to the more powerful TT 12. Though less publicly celebrated than other Autodelta figures, his work represents the essential contribution of the behind-the-scenes technical staff that sustained the competitiveness of the Alfa Romeo prototypes through the 1970s.
We'll publish a biography on him on the occasion of his anniversary or when it will be reached a sufficient number of cars.
