#GeorgesFilipinetti
Georges Filipinetti was a Swiss collector and racing enthusiast based in Geneva, active in the early 1950s and closely associated with Ferrari during the marque’s formative years. Known primarily as a private owner rather than as a manufacturer-backed competitor, Filipinetti assembled a notable group of Ferrari road and competition cars, reflecting both personal taste and early access to Maranello production. His ownership of Ferrari models during this period places him among the circle of well-connected European clients who contributed to establishing Ferrari’s reputation beyond Italy, particularly in Switzerland, one of the marque’s most important early markets.
We'll publish a biography on him on the occasion of his anniversary or when it will be reached a sufficient number of cars.
