#EfremCastelli
Efrem Castelli was an Italian co-driver active in pre-war road racing. His name is documented in connection with the 1937 Mille Miglia, where he competed alongside Umberto Villa on a Fiat 508 S Balilla Sport in the Turismo category, 701–1100 cc class. He is also known to have raced with Mario Lietti, linking him to the Lombard amateur racing milieu around small-displacement Fiat-based sports cars. Although his broader biography remains little documented, Castelli’s presence in period events places him among the drivers and co-drivers who contributed to the sporting history of lightweight Italian cars before the Second World War.
We'll publish a biography on him on the occasion of his anniversary or when it will be reached a sufficient number of cars.
