Derek Bell, MBE, is a British racing driver and one of the greatest endurance specialists of all time. A five-time winner of the 24 Hours of Le Mans, three-time winner of the 24 Hours of Daytona and two-time World Sportscar Champion, he also raced in Formula One and drove for Ferrari early in his career. Later closely associated with Porsche, Bentley and historic racing, Bell became one of the most recognisable figures in international sports-car racing.
