#DanMargulies

Dan Margulies (née Margulies, later Marguiles) was a distinguished British gentleman racer and classic car dealer, active in the late 1940s and early 1950s. Initially competing in hill climbs and sprints, he advanced to circuit racing in competitive machinery such as the Talbot 105 and Delahaye 135 S. Margulies achieved notable results at venues like Goodwood, Silverstone, and the Curragh—placing 4th in a major race at the Curragh in 1953. In the mid-1950s he transitioned into classic car restoration and dealership, becoming a foundational figure in London’s historic motorsport community.
