#CourseDeCôteNationaleAutomobileDAmpus
The Ampus - Draguignan Hill Climb, familiarly called the "Côte d'Ampus" by the inhabitants of Dracé, was a car competition organized by the Automobile Club du Var (ACV) for three days in April (sometimes March) and borrowingdepartmental road n°49 for about seven kilometers (half of the Ampus-Draguignan route). It was open to passenger cars, production vehicles, prototypes, single-seaters... but also to motorcycles, sidecars, and even bicycles, in its early days.
We'll tell the story of this event on the occasion of its anniversary or when it will reach a sufficient number of cars.
