Capriccio all’italiana is a 1968 Italian anthology comedy film produced by Dino De Laurentiis and directed in episodes by Mario Monicelli, Steno, Mauro Bolognini, Pier Paolo Pasolini, Pino Zac and Franco Rossi. It includes the episode Perché?, directed by Mauro Bolognini and starring Silvana Mangano and Renzo Marignano, and is also remembered for Pasolini’s Che cosa sono le nuvole?, one of Totò’s final screen appearances.
