Michel Ananda Covindassamy is a French economist, international finance specialist, historic-car collector and amateur driver. He held senior positions with international institutions including the World Bank and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, later continuing his activity as a consultant and managing director in the field of emerging-market infrastructure finance. Alongside his professional career, Covindassamy became a specialist collector and active user of small-displacement Italian sports-racing cars, with a particular interest in O.S.C.A. His interest in historic cars has extended beyond ownership to research, restoration and mechanical work.
