#3HeuresDeMarseille
The 3 Hours of Marseille (3 Heures de Marseille) was a sports car endurance race held in post-war France, typically at the Parc Borély or the Prado circuit near the southern port city of Marseille. The event featured both national and international drivers competing in various classes, including Grand Touring and Sports Prototypes. It formed part of the French national racing calendar and was considered an important test of consistency and mechanical reliability, particularly in the early 1950s. Though it never gained full international championship status, the race attracted notable marques such as Ferrari, Maserati, Delahaye, Talbot-Lago, and Gordini. With its Mediterranean backdrop and challenging street circuit layout, the 3 Hours of Marseille was emblematic of the revival of French motorsport culture in the postwar era.
