STARTING POINT
The 1928 Alfa Romeo 6C 1500 Mille Miglia Speciale (Zagato), chassis no. 0231325 was known as a car with many races and changes of ownership.
RESEARCH
The work, long and difficult, was a careful validation of the races, with evidence of participation, in order to arrive at a proven history. The lists of events and owners have been sorted and compared with photos, documents and testimonials to exclude guesswork from the reliable data. Being a 1930's car, much of the information was based on 'rumors' and unsubstantiated sources whilst evidence has been hard to come by.
