STARTING POINT
It was known, that the 1953 Fiat 8V (Carrozzerie Speciali Fiat), chassis no. 106000067, was a car owned by Umberto Agnelli, which had raced in the Sestriere Rally and which had been exhibited in Paris.
RESEARCH
Through our work, combining sources and carefully analyzing the data, thanks to the innovative digital systems at our disposal, we have been able to obtain news and validate that the car was also exhibited at the Salone dell'Automobile di Torino and that it is the one depicted in the sales brochure, published by FIAT. Even small details such as, in this case, the comparison of the position of the light on the bumper, have led to valuable discoveries. Among these, it has been established that this specimen is the first of the second 8V series.
