Roberto Lippi. Born on 17 October 1926 in Rome, died on 31 October 2011, he started racing in the 1950s. He participated in three F1 Grand Prixs, managing to qualify in 1961 for the Italian GP on an OSCA-powered De Tomaso. He was Technical Commissioner of the CSAI; he is remembered for his long activity as a trainer and instructor with Ferrari and, from the early 1980s, with the CSAI School of Vallelunga where he developed a specific program for the training of disabled drivers.
