Paolo Martin (Turin, 7 May 1943) began designing cars at the Giovanni Michelotti studio in 1960. He then joined Bertone in 1966. In Pininfarina, since 1967, as head of design, he has proposed new concepts and interpretations of style in the automotive sector. The Ferrari Modulo 512 concept car is of international importance. In 1972, with the Ghia group, De Tomaso designed the Moto Guzzi and Benelli motorcycle production of the 70s and the Blue Car prototype, a forerunner of the Ford Fiesta. On his own since 1972, he has been working on new concepts in the Nautical sector. He works as a conceptual designer in industrial design, both for products and interiors, with inventions relating to objects of common and scientific use.
