#MatteoMarsala

Matteo Marsala was an Italian privateer driver associated with the Sicilian Scuderia Pegaso, best known for co-driving a Ferrari 250 GTO in the 1966 Targa Florio. Alongside Adriano Reale, he piloted chassis 4091 GT (entry number 168) for Pegaso and completed 8 of the 10 laps, finishing 39th overall. Marsala also worked as a RAI technician in Palermo and contributed to live race coverage—notably, during the 1966 Targa Florio, he helped set up onboard cameras for television broadcast. Although his competitive record beyond the 1966 Florio is limited, Marsala remains a notable figure for bridging regional racing participation and early motorsport television production in Sicily.
