#IsoGrifo

The Iso Grifo is a high-performance grand tourer produced by Iso Autoveicoli between 1965 and 1974, combining Italian design with American V8 power. Styled by Giorgetto Giugiaro at Bertone and engineered by Giotto Bizzarrini, it featured an advanced chassis derived from the Iso Rivolta GT, with a low, aerodynamic body optimized for speed and stability. Initially equipped with Chevrolet small-block V8 engines ranging from 5.4 to 7.0 liters, later models adopted Ford powerplants. With outputs exceeding 400 hp in some versions, the Grifo could reach speeds over 270 km/h (168 mph), rivaling the fastest supercars of its era. Produced in limited numbers, with only 413 units built across different variants, the Grifo remains one of the most sought-after classic GTs, celebrated for its elegant styling and high-performance engineering.
