Giorgio Marinone (Novara, June 24, 1939 - August 10, 2022) was an important figure in the Liberal Party. Originally from Gambolò, he graduated in Chemistry and began as an agricultural entrepreneur on the family estate, later moving to Novara to manage several companies in the construction sector. Elected president of the Farmers' Union, he held the position for 18 years. Marinone had a great passion for vintage cars, of which he was a collector.
