The Giants Despair Hillclimb is a race established in 1906 in Laurel Run, Luzerne County, Pennsylvania, US. The contest was first run in conjunction with Wilkes-Barre's centennial celebration. The Brynfan Tyddyn was a public-road course used for sportscar racing, located to the north-west of Wilkes-Barre. The Giants Despair Hillclimb is the oldest continuing motorsport event in Pennsylvania.
