Francis Jacques Pierre Luiggi (Marseille, 19 January 1932 – Sassenage, 1 August 2019) was a French bobsleigh athlete who represented France in the four-man event at the 1968 Winter Olympic Games in Grenoble, where the team finished seventh. He was also active as a rally co-driver during the early 1960s, notably alongside Pierre “Pierrot” Orsini in events including the Tour de France Automobile, Rallye Monte-Carlo, Coupe des Alpes and Tour de Corse.
