Émile Akar, born in 1876 and died in 1940 in Marseille, was a French industrialist, co-founder with Joseph Lamy of the automobile brand Amilcar, together with Andrè Morel and Edmond Moyet. He was previously a financier of the Voiturette Le Zèbre.
