#EdoardoLualdiGabardi
Edoardo Lualdi-Gabardi was an accomplished Italian gentleman driver from Busto Arsizio, active from the early 1950s to the late 1960s. A successful textile entrepreneur, he became one of the most dominant privateers of his time, especially in hillclimb and GT racing. Over his career, he secured more than 80 overall victories—most of them at the wheel of Ferrari competition cars—and won multiple Italian Hillclimb Championships. Closely associated with the Milan-based Scuderia Sant’Ambroeus, Lualdi-Gabardi was one of Ferrari’s most trusted and consistent private clients, often receiving early access to factory-prepared cars. Known for his precision and mechanical sensitivity, he earned wide respect across the Italian racing scene and remains a benchmark among gentleman drivers.
We'll publish a biography on him on the occasion of his anniversary or when it will be reached a sufficient number of cars.
