Daniele Cianci was an Italian rally co-driver, active mainly in the 1970s and 1980s. His career began in 1973, participating in the Rally 999 Minuti and the Rally di Sanremo alongside Stefano Canepa in a Simca Rallye2. In 1982, he competed in the Rally 4 Regioni with driver Maurizio Cavalli in a Ferrari 308 GTB. That same year, he took part in the Rally di Carmagnola under the pseudonym "Menes," again in a Ferrari 308 GTB, securing an overall victory. One of his most significant achievements came in the 1983 Rally di Sanremo, where, paired with Gabriele Noberasco in an Alfa Romeo Alfetta GTV6, he secured tenth place overall. In 1994, together with driver Gianmarino Zenere in a Ford Escort RS Cosworth, he won the Mitropa Rally Cup, an international rally competition. Daniele Cianci passed away on January 26, 1995. In his memory, the Rally della Riviera Ligure was named after him, honoring his contribution to Italian rallying.
