#CircuitoDelTigullio
The Circuito del Tigullio, often scheduled after the Circuito di Ferrara, was defined by the news of the 1940s as "one of the most tormented and capable of leveling the different values in a very sensitive way". The race is famous for a legendary episode, occurred during the first edition of the race, on April 12, 1924, on the Rapallo – Santa Margherita – San Lorenzo – Rapallo route, 220 kilometers long, equal to 20 laps. Spectators saw the great Tazio Nuvolari arrive first and winner at the finish line, with a seriously damaged car, without a driver's seat or steering wheel, replaced by the driver himself with a wrench.
We'll tell the story of this event on the occasion of its anniversary or when it will reach a sufficient number of cars.
