Charles Georges Deutsch, born September 6, 1911 in Champigny-sur-Marne (Val-de-Marne), died December 6, 1980 in Créteil, was a French aerodynamics and automotive engineer. He created the DB brand with René Bonnet, then CD, then SECA-CD (Charles Deutsch automobile design and construction company) and finally SERA-CD (Charles Deutsch automobile design and production company).
