It took some time, but what was previously announced is finally operational! And, as we said, if the wait for the new website was long, it is rewarded by a major renovation. Behind the site a powerful and articulated management system: it is a part of a mechanism invisible to the end user that has a user-friendly interface; is a new, much more performing engine, the result of a large investment in technology, capable of handling an enormous amount of data with exceptional flexibility and versatility.

AI & NEW TECHNOLOGIES IN HISTORICAL RESEARCH
Automotive Masterpieces continues to invest in the digitization of document sources and in the management of the same through its database, AI, and the latest OCR (optical character recognition) devices. An advanced system that can suggest matches of existing information to the researcher allowing, for example, the attribution of new races, images and press articles.

ADVANCED RESEARCH ENGINE
Our new search engine has a big potential: more keys, more details, more precision, to aim for the desired result and potentially infinite search variables: any cross-research becomes a breeze. Once the keys have been entered, the page will show preview links to the cars you are looking for. From the string at the top of the browser it will then be possible to easily send the result as a link to whoever you want.

NEW HISTORY
The history of the cars is told and outlined by means of a single time axis; all information, owners, events, press reviews, bibliography are in one place, on the same line (with the option of multiple filters that can be activated, to select the data of interest).

NEW GALLERY
Although this is a research project, there are sometimes reasons for the customer to purchase or not purchase the rights to the images. From now on, all the photos found are published in the website of the car. The photos with licensed rights are published as visible. They will be online for an unlimited or a defined period of time, depending on the type of rights paid. Photos with unlicensed rights will be published but, in this case, they will be pixeled/blurred. Photos with unknown rights will also be published anyway. In the event that a copyright infringement is found to have occurred (due to the unknown origin of some photos or for any other reason), we declare our willingness and commitment to respect the aforementioned copyright once its existence is demonstrated and brought to our attention. All published photos will be covered by a watermark.

THE TAG
Global Automotive Tagging is the principle around which the whole mechanism moves. It is the principle of "tagging" the car with multiple definitions or peculiarities (from the type of bodywork to the name of the race in which it participated, to the designer who developed it, etc.). Each tag applied to the car is a sort of label of the car and becomes a category that groups several cars that have the same characteristic (all the spiders or all the participants in the Mille Miglia, for example). The TAG allows us to rationalize and catalog historical research.

ONGOING & STANDBY
The alternative for online car sites is reborn: the condition of Researches & Updates can be "ongoing" and therefore continuously updated, through research, news and discoveries. Or be placed on “standby”, should it not be in the collector's interest to renew the research work overtime and stop at what has already been acquired.

Indeed, we offer a consultancy service, supporting collectors when they decide to sell some pieces or buy others. We specialize in looking for rare cars, often already on the list of Automotive Masterpieces and interesting exchanges or sales can occur, both in private transactions, as well as in auction sales/purchases.
