#ManfredWeissmannRacing

Manfred Weissmann Racing was a German privateer racing entrant based in Speyer, active in GT and touring-car competition during the early 1970s. The team is particularly associated with Porsche machinery and with Günter Steckkönig, who drove a Porsche 911 Carrera RSR for Weissmann in major German and European events, including the Nürburgring 300 km, the Eifelrennen, Hockenheim, Mainz-Finthen, Diepholz and the Norisring. Contemporary entries also appear under the names Manfred Weissmann, Firma Manfred Weissmann and M. Weissmann Vorhangschienen, reflecting the commercial company behind the racing activity.
