#DeutscheAutomobilBergmeisterschaft
The Deutsche Automobil-Bergmeisterschaft was Germany’s principal national hill-climb championship, bringing together events held on closed public-road courses throughout the country. It featured production-based touring and GT cars as well as specialised competition machinery, with classes divided according to contemporary sporting regulations. The championship formed an important part of German motorsport, attracting both factory-supported and privateer drivers and serving as a proving ground for lightweight, highly developed cars suited to the demanding combination of acceleration, braking and handling required in hill-climb competition.
We'll tell the story of this championship on the occasion of its anniversary or when it will reach a sufficient number of cars.
