Event: One of One - A private reveal with Dallara

Note: An evening dedicated to a unique creation and the vision that made it possible. Hosted at the Dallara Academy in Varano de’ Melegari, One of One – A Private Reveal with Dallara, organised by Azimut AHE in collaboration with Dallara, unveiled the MACCHINA POSTO SINGOLO to a select group of guests. A one-off automobile born from a personal vision of Engineer Giampaolo Dallara. During the event, Alessandro Baldin, Senior Fund Manager and member of the AHE Investment Committee, presented the project behind the acquisition of the car, while Engineer Giampaolo Dallara shared memories and anecdotes from its conception, development and testing, both on the road and on the track. Angelica Dallara, co-founder and Vice President of the Fondazione Caterina Dallara, spoke about the Foundation’s activities and the proceeds from the sale of the Macchina, which were allocated to support its initiatives, transforming the value of a unique creation into new opportunities for the local community and younger generations of the Val Ceno. Among those attending were Pietro Giuliani, Chairman of Azimut Holding, Andrea Pontremoli, CEO of Dallara, and Antonello Coletta, Global Head of Endurance and Corse Clienti at Ferrari. A special guest was Giorgetto Giugiaro, accompanied by his son Fabrizio Giugiaro. Following the unveiling, Giorgetto Giugiaro expressed particular appreciation for the car’s styling, offering the perspective of one of the great figures in automotive design. Another memorable moment came when Engineer Dallara signed the rear bonnet of the Macchina. The event also marked the presentation of MACCHINA. Dialogo con Giampaolo Dallara, an authorial volume written by Sandro Binelli and published by Automotive Masterpieces. The book, warmly received by Engineer Dallara himself and Azimut AHE, attracted considerable interest among the guests, many of whom took the opportunity to have their copies personally signed by the Engineer.
